I'm still waiting on manager address the fact the first driver was asleep and was riding around with non employees. When we arrived to my home he pulled in front of the gate as if he didn't have the gate code or the address. I said yes and why would want to be squeezed in a car. I asked him why he didn't fold down the seat to the 3rd row. He didn't try to assist them with getting in the truck. This driver didn't open the doors regardless he saw 2 people in wheelchairs. He called while we were waiting on the luggage to be unloaded, he was rude and acted as if he was in a rush. I requested another driver to pick us up on our return. She slept, I thought it was a shared ride. The driver had his girlfriend in the car when he picked us up. I recommend staying well away from this company. All contact information led me to "customer service". My only recourse would be to go to the internet booking site where I made the reservation. FOR A FIVE DOLLAR FEE! When I argued the fee I was informed that "customer service" is a separate company. The reason I gave was that I felt they were unreliable.Īfter some jostling, where the agent was very reluctant to cancel, I managed a cancellation. Prime Time Shuttle has rude, dismissive employees, UNETHICAL business practices and ZERO customer service acumen. When I finally did get to speak with someone I was so frustrated that I simply asked to cancel the booking. Prime Time customer service called me on the date of my return informing me that the driver was waiting for us at LAX. I did this from a place with good solid signal. The next four attempts met with dropped calls. The first time I was on hold for way too long. I tried multiple times to contact customer service. The destination address was back to the original incorrect version. Subsequently I installed the app and checked the reservation. Prime Time Connecticut can be contacted via phone at (203) 803-2590 for pricing, hours and directions. The second time I saw the correct address in the destination field/box on the page and continued the reservation. Prime Time Connecticut is located at 45 Conair Rd in Norwalk, Connecticut 06854. At first the booking page got the destination address wrong. I made several attempts at booking a ride from LAX to home with Prime Time Shuttle in Los Angeles, California. Next time I will take an Uber or Lyft or ask a friend to drive, any one of which would be more pleasant and predictable. I am sorry I chose Prime Time aka Executive Ride, LLC. It took over a month and 4 requests before I received the refund for the return trip. I canceled the return trip and was refused a refund for this outbound trip. We stopped in LA to pick up two more passengers, so 3 of us were crammed in the back seat like sardines and we weren't small people. The check engine light was on and the vehicle squeaked on turns, we did not feel safe. The driver drove erratically, did not slow down for bumps, was in a hurry, was on the phone most of the time with other customers because the customer service number was not answering. Imagine my surprise when he showed up in a little Prius. At no time did Prime time shuttle contact us to notify us that our reservation was not going to be fulfilled or to. ![]() ![]() I booked way in advance to be sure they'd have plenty of space. The text message I received said the driver was enroute but did not specify the driver's name or make of vehicle. I had seen Prime Time's vans for years at LAX, so when Roadrunner shut down operations it was a natural to choose Prime Time.
